Facial aesthetics covers non-surgical treatments that improve the condition of the skin and balance of the face. At Coast Dental Health, treatment is provided by Darja Tretjakova, who favours small, precise changes that suit your features. The aim is for you to look refreshed, not different.
Choosing a dental practice for facial aesthetics has practical advantages. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission, so the same standards of hygiene, consent and record keeping that apply to your dental care apply here too. Your medical history is reviewed before any treatment is recommended, helping us provide safe and considered care.

Will I still look like myself?
Yes. Treatment is planned to complement your natural features. Most people want others to notice that they look well, not that they have had something done.
Why have facial aesthetics at a dental practice?
You are treated in a regulated clinical environment by a team that already works to strict standards of hygiene and patient care. We also understand how your teeth, lips and face relate to one another.
Am I suitable for treatment?
Treatment is available to adults aged 18 and over. Some medical conditions and medicines affect suitability, which is why every patient has a consultation first.
How long do results last?
This depends on the treatment and on your own skin. Darja will give you a realistic timescale at your consultation, along with advice on maintaining your results.
Do I have to commit at the consultation?
No. The consultation is for advice. You can take the information away and decide in your own time.
